Thank you for choosing Invinitive Financial UK LTD and for starting a savings journey for someone special.
You have opted to open an account for a minor (under the age of 18). In order to do so you need to open the same account with us yourself. Your don’t necessarily need to pay any money into your account or invest in any way but as you are the one opening and paying into the account on behalf of someone else, we need to verify your information.
Your account will then become the “parent” account on behalf of a “child” account where you have full control over the money that is paid in (and out – where applicable) and the investment decisions that are made.
This application will take you around 10 minutes in total and you will need to have following the documents to hand:
Identification document in the form of a Passport, Driver’s License or Country/State ID
This is so we can check your identity to keep us both safe and secure.
Your bank details
This is so that we know which bank account you will be sending payments from and which bank you wish to receive any withdrawals from your account with us.
For security we only accept any incoming payments or send outgoing payments to a bank account in your name.
Your smart phone with functioning camera
During this process we will ask you to take a photo of your passport and one of yourself to make sure everything matches.
Existing policy information (if transferring – where applicable)
If you have any existing policies you are thinking of moving to us in a singular capacity or as part of an amalgamation exercise, you will be asked to add some basic information about these policies.
You can opt to add this later should you not have all the information available at this moment.
Once the account is opened, you will need to click the “Open a New Account” button and opt for a Junior account specific to the type of account you want – ISA, GIA or SIPP. This new account will be linked to your account.
We hope this makes sense, if not there is a walkthrough guide available under the knowledge base section of the website.
