We are currently recruiting for the following roles:
Pension Administrators / Financial Administrators
About the role
You will play a key role in the day-to-day administration of pensions and investment accounts, supporting clients, advisers and internal teams.
This role is well suited to individuals with experience in:
- •SIPPs or pension administration
- •Investment or platform operations
- •Client servicing within regulated financial services
Key responsibilities
- •Administering SIPP, ISA and Investment Accounts
- •Processing contributions, transfers and withdrawals
- •Liaising with clients, advisers and third-party providers
- •Maintaining accurate records and audit trails
- •Supporting AML, onboarding and verification processes
- •Assisting with reporting and operational queries
What we're looking for
- •Experience in pension or financial administration
- •Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- •Confidence working within FCA-regulated environments
- •A client-focused, solutions-oriented mindset
- •Ability to work collaboratively in a growing team
Web Developers
About the role
We are expanding our digital platform and online presence and are looking for web developers to help build, enhance and maintain our client- and adviser-facing systems.
This role is ideal for developers who enjoy working in regulated environments and want to build clean, scalable, user-friendly solutions.
Key responsibilities
- •Developing and maintaining web applications and platform features
- •Supporting website and client portal development
- •Working closely with product, operations and compliance teams
- •Implementing secure, scalable and user-focused solutions
- •Maintaining performance, reliability and documentation
What we're looking for
- •Experience with modern web technologies (front-end and/or back-end)
- •Strong understanding of security and data protection principles
- •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- •Comfortable working in a regulated financial services environment
- •A pragmatic, problem-solving approach
