Transfer & Onboarding Process Guides

Step-by-step guidance for advisers on client onboarding, pension transfers, and account administration.

Our approach to transfers

Invinitive aims to make the transfer and onboarding process as straightforward and transparent as possible, both for advisers and their clients.

We provide clear documentation, dedicated support, and structured processes to help ensure transfers are completed smoothly and in line with regulatory expectations.

Invinitive is now part of the Origo Transfer Service community. For eligible in-scope transfers where both schemes are able to use Origo, this can support a more connected electronic process. Other transfers may still follow a manual route depending on the provider, asset type, and scheme requirements.

Not sure whether your current provider can use Origo? Ask the ceding provider to confirm whether the transfer can be processed through Origo Transfer Service and whether the scheme is eligible for electronic transfer.
