1. About the Invinitive Stocks & Shares ISA

Who we are

The ISA manager is Invinitive Financial UK Ltd, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 964301).

Invinitive is a wholly digital, execution-only investment platform. We do not provide financial advice and we do not assess suitability.

What is the Invinitive Stocks & Shares ISA?

A Stocks & Shares ISA is a tax-advantaged investment wrapper available to eligible UK residents. Under current UK legislation, income and capital gains generated within the ISA are not subject to UK income tax or capital gains tax.

The Invinitive ISA provides access to a broad range of global investments through a modern, fully digital platform, with transparent pricing and full online control.

2. Key Features, Aims & Risks

Its Aims

Provide a tax-efficient way to invest — income and capital gains within the ISA are not currently subject to UK tax

Give you access to a broad range of global equities, ETFs and funds through a single online platform

Allow you to manage your own investment decisions on an execution-only basis

Provide clear, published pricing with no hidden charges

Enable transfers in from existing ISA providers, including cash and in-specie transfers where supported

Allow existing ISAs to be retained if you move overseas (no new contributions permitted for non-UK residents)

Your Commitment

You must be a UK resident to open an ISA and make contributions.
You must ensure you understand the features, benefits and risks before proceeding.
Annual ISA subscription limit for 2026/2027: £20,000 across all ISA types combined.
You may only subscribe to one Stocks & Shares ISA per tax year.
Fees will be charged regardless of whether you are making contributions, and will be deducted from your account.
You must maintain sufficient cash in your account to cover Invinitive fees.
You must regularly review your investments and ensure they remain appropriate for your circumstances.
If you move abroad, you may keep your ISA but cannot make further contributions.

Risk Factors

The value of investments within the ISA may go up or down. You may get back less than you invest.

Transaction charges (£7.95 per trade) are fixed. Frequent trading or small contributions will reduce the net return on your investment.

You will not receive a recommendation from us regarding your ISA or the investments held within it. We operate on an execution-only basis.

ISA rules, annual allowances and tax treatment may change in the future. The current annual limit of £20,000 is set by HMRC and may be revised.

Non-UK residents cannot make contributions to an ISA. If you move abroad, you lose the ability to add further funds.

Our charges may increase. You will always be notified in writing in advance of any change.
