1. About the Invinitive SIPP
Who we are
The operator of the Invinitive SIPP is Invinitive Financial UK Ltd. The trustee of the scheme is Invinitive Trustees Ltd. Both companies are wholly owned subsidiaries within the Invinitive Inc Group.
Invinitive Financial UK Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 964301).
What is the Invinitive SIPP?
The Invinitive SIPP is a self-invested personal pension. It is a long-term retirement product that allows you to hold a wide range of permitted investments through our platform, subject to our terms, product rules and permitted investments policy.
It is generally suitable for individuals who are employed or self-employed and who want greater control and flexibility over where their pension funds are invested.
2. Key Features, Aims & Risks
Introduction
These key features explain the main characteristics and potential benefits of the Invinitive SIPP. If you have any questions, please contact your financial adviser or Invinitive Financial UK Ltd directly.
The Invinitive SIPP differs from a conventional pension plan as it gives you more control and flexibility. You and your adviser (where investment decisions are delegated) can direct where the funds are invested, provided this is in accordance with our investment mandate and Permitted Investments policy.
Its Aims
The Invinitive SIPP aims to provide you with the following:
A tax-efficient way to save for your retirement — your fund is generally free from income tax and capital gains tax while invested
A wide range of permitted investment options across global markets
The ability for you to make your own investment decisions (execution-only basis)
A pension that is flexible in meeting your changing needs and personal circumstances
A wide range of options at retirement, including income drawdown and phased benefit access
Direct access to dedicated, experienced administrators and technical staff
Your Commitment
Risk Factors
In normal circumstances benefits can only be paid from age 55 (increasing to age 57 in April 2028). In exceptional circumstances such as ill health, benefits may be paid earlier.
The value of investments within the Invinitive SIPP may go up or down. The value of your pension fund at retirement is not guaranteed.
Transaction charges are payable. Excessive switching of investments or low-value transactions may erode the value of your fund.
You will not receive a recommendation from us regarding the SIPP or investments held within it. We operate on an execution-only basis.
Changes to tax rates, reliefs and allowances may affect the amount of benefit you receive at retirement.
Benefits may be lower due to: lower than expected investment returns; cessation of contributions; increases in charges; taking income earlier than planned; or large withdrawals.
Our charges may increase. You will always be notified in writing in advance of any change.
Income Drawdown Risks
Your investments need to grow to compensate for the income you withdraw. If they don't, income withdrawals will deplete your pension fund, possibly to nothing.
You should review your income levels regularly to make sure your pension fund will last and provide the income you need throughout retirement.
If you later decide to purchase a retirement income product (such as an annuity), you may receive a lower income than if you had purchased it earlier.
Leaving your pension entirely in cash may have a detrimental impact on its longevity, especially during periods of high inflation.
